Because wedding couture may be customised or made specifically for an individual, returns and exchanges may be restricted. Unless otherwise stated, customised, altered, made-to-measure or made-to-order garments may not be eligible for return or exchange merely because of a change of mind, change of wedding plans, incorrect customer-provided measurements or personal preference.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where a product is materially defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs/videographs where appropriate. Any approved refund will be processed within 10–14 business days of approval, using the original payment method or applicable payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer wherever possible.
Reasonable alteration requirements may arise with couture garments. Where alterations are included in the order, the applicable scope will be communicated to the customer. Additional alterations outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
Customers should raise fitting concerns promptly so that reasonable corrective action can be considered.

Any apparent issue relating to damage, incorrect product, missing item or significant workmanship concern should be communicated to us promptly with relevant evidence.
